Ingredients for 16 servings
- 8 eggs
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 120 g flour
- 200 g melted butter
- 200 g chocolate (75% disc)
- baking at 200°c for approximately 10 minutes
Take a stainless steel bowl, pour in the whole eggs then the sugar (whiten), then pour in the sifted flour.
Next, over a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter until the butter is barely melted, then whisk (it should be shiny).
Pour everything into the bowl where the egg, flour and sugar mixture was placed.
Mix well with a spatula, then butter the molds and pour the batter, leaving 1cm before the edge as it will rise.
then put it in the oven (preferably a hot oven).
