Ingredients for 6 servings
- 200 g of Toblerone
- 20 cl of whole liquid crème fraîche
- 75 g of powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
1- Melt the Toblerone with a little water to prevent it from burning in a saucepan.
2- When the chocolate is melted, incorporate the egg yolk off the heat
3- Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the chocolate when it has cooled slightly
4- Beat the crème fraîche into whipped cream with a robot, when it starts to become thick add the powdered sugar
5- Put the chocolate mousse into glasses
6- Put the whipped cream in a piping bag, I use my Tupperware decoration ball (I am very well equipped Tupperware)
7- Put the whipped cream on top of the mousse and decorate
