Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 1 homemade Pita base* pre-cooked approximately 24cm
  • 1 organic red bell pepper, cored and peeled
  • 1 green bell pepper, same
  • 2 small long white turnips, peeled and sliced into strips
  • 1 mini organic or garden zucchini, sliced the same way
  • organic soy sprouts
  • organic lupins
  • organic black and green olives, thinly sliced
  • 4 peeled cloves of smoked garlic from Arleux (if you can find it), de-germed and halved lengthwise
  • 1 beautiful garden 'Pineapple' tomato if possible, blanched and chopped
  • a little Espelette pepper
  • fine salt
  • ripe organic olive oil
