Ingredients
- Tartare sauce is very easy to prepare.
- Simply mix all the ingredients together until well incorporated.

- Tartare sauce is ideal for accompanying grilled fish dishes, such as salmon, sea bass or trout. It is also very popular for accompanying seafood, such as mussels, oysters or shrimp. - 4 eggs (2 hard-boiled eggs and 2 fresh eggs)
- 1 teaspoon of strong mustard
