Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of caster sugar
- 200 g of flour
- 200 g of melted butter
- 1 dash of orange blossom water
- 20 cl of whipping cream
- 100 g of nutella or rather an artisanal spread (without palm oil)
1- Preheat the oven to 200°(th7)
2- In a large bowl, break your eggs, add the sugar, whiten a bit, then add the flour, finally the melted butter slightly cooled and the orange blossom water.
cooking approximately 45 minutes (the classic skewer test at the center to check cooking).
3- Wait 10 minutes before unmolding then let cool.
4- When you are ready to serve, put your cream in a bowl for 5 minutes in the freezer then whip it into whipped cream.
5- In another bowl, put your nutella or spread and with a wooden spatula, mix it carefully into the whipped cream by lifting gently. keep chilled.
6- An example of presentation: place slices of tôt-fait cut like soldiers (like for soft-boiled eggs) on a beautiful plate and arranged in small pyramids on each side of the plate; place in the center a small bowl full of "nutellaed" cream.
the game is simple: you dip the tôt-fait soldiers into the cream. guaranteed success for young and old…
of course if you find artisanal spread like at the Dousset chocolate shop in Guérande the result will be even better
