Ingredients
- 1 plain yogurt
- 3 pots of schar flour
- 2 pots of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3.5 oz (100 g) of unsweetened applesauce
- 3 teaspoons of organic whole almond butter
- 2 teaspoons of gluten-free baking powder
1 Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C)
2 Mix all these ingredients and fill a flan dish.
3 Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
