- 7 eggs
- 150 gr (5.25 oz) of butter, softened
- 250 gr (8.75 oz) of flour
- 150 gr (5.25 oz) of caster sugar
- 35 gr (1.25 oz) of yeast in 5 cl (1.7 fl oz) of WARM milk
- 3 cl (1 fl oz) d'juniper brandy (if the cake is for children you may substitute this with 3 cl (1 fl oz) of orange tree essence)
