2 Blend: pumpkin, cheese, egg, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg
3 Distribute in molds and cook in a bain-marie for 30 to 40 minutes.

Joyful recipe. In my opinion, remove half of the garlic then remove the germ (so as not to cover the sweet taste of the pumpkin and so you can digest it) oven at 180°(th 6).
