Ingredients for 8 servings
- Pumpkin 300 g (10.5 oz)
- Grated cheese 150 g (5.25 oz)
- Olive oil 2 TB
- Garlic 5 to 6 cloves
- Eggs (whole) 2
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Salt a pinch
- Pepper a pinch
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F)
2 Blend: pumpkin, cheese, egg, oil, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg
3 Distribute in molds and cook in a bain-marie for 30 to 40 minutes.
