Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 20 cl crème fraiche
- one clove of garlic
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- a grating of nutmeg
- grated gruyère
- a small drop of milk
1/ Mix the egg, cream, milk and a grating of nutmeg.
Salt and give a turn of the pepper mill.
2/ Preheat your oven to 200°C.
3/ In a hot pan, sauté the peppers in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add a little grated garlic.
4/ Place the peppers at the bottom of each mold then pour your cream. Sprinkle grated gruyère on top and bake for about 20 minutes.
