1- Light your plancha, meanwhile about 8 minutes, in a shallow dish pour your prawns on one side and the vegetables on the other pour a little oil over them, thyme, salt and Espelette pepper.
2- Grill your prawns for 5 minutes on one side, then turn them over, add to the right of your plancha your prepared small vegetables and cook on the plancha for another 5 minutes.
3- Then quickly pour your mixture of orange juice and alcohol over your prawns then quickly transfer to a very hot dish with your small grilled vegetables around it.
Of course I can hear your comments about adding alcohol poured over your prawns from here.
