Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 plain yogurt (keep the container)
- 1/2 container of oil
- 3 containers of flour
- 2 containers of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of water
- a little butter to butter the pan
1- preheat the oven to 180°
2- meanwhile put in a bowl
the plain yogurt, then the flour and eggs. Mix with a wooden spatula. incorporate the baking powder, sugar, oil and pinch of salt then the water.
3- Mix until there are no more lumps.
4- Butter your pan.
5- put the batter in the pan, put it in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes checking from time to time. And always at 180°.
My tip: You can also add pieces of fruit or chocolate. And serve this with custard or with a scoop of ice cream.
