Ingredients for 4 servings

Hello everyone.
  • Since I was telling you yesterday about the beautiful Panzani house, let's put one of their productions today "Macaroni".
just a bit of history.
  • The word Macaroni is the Frenchified version, in fact it comes from the Italian Maccheroni which is the plural of Macheronne and which means Fine Pasta.
  • Here is therefore a seasonal version Frenchified also by my care.
  • Gourmet macaroni with scallops for 4 people:
  • Spring peas, zucchini, small Paris mushrooms
  • 300 g of macaroni
  • 200 g of fresh scallops
  • 1 beautiful zucchini washed and cut into small dice
  • 150 g of fresh or frozen peas
  • 150 g of small button mushrooms cut into quarters
  • 3 g of turmeric (tip of a small spoon)
  • coarse salt, fine salt, a pinch of Espelette pepper
  • olive oil
