Ingredients for 4 servings
- Since I was telling you yesterday about the beautiful Panzani house, let's put one of their productions today "Macaroni".
- The word Macaroni is the Frenchified version, in fact it comes from the Italian Maccheroni which is the plural of Macheronne and which means Fine Pasta.
- Here is therefore a seasonal version Frenchified also by my care.
- Gourmet macaroni with scallops for 4 people:
- Spring peas, zucchini, small Paris mushrooms
- 300 g of macaroni
- 200 g of fresh scallops
- 1 beautiful zucchini washed and cut into small dice
- 150 g of fresh or frozen peas
- 150 g of small button mushrooms cut into quarters
- 3 g of turmeric (tip of a small spoon)
- coarse salt, fine salt, a pinch of Espelette pepper
- olive oil
