Ingredients for 6 servings
- 500 gr of macaroni
- 2 cloves of garlic (degerminated, crushed and chopped)
- 500 gr of tomatoes (peeled, seeded and cut into large cubes)
- 8 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- olive oil
- salt and ground pepper
First of all, something to remember: for good eaters plan 80 gr of dry pasta per person and especially cook them in a large volume of water. for this recipe it's 5 liters minimum.
-1) Heat your water, bring to boil add a pinch of coarse salt then the macaroni. cooking 15 minutes.
-2) Meanwhile in a large round frying pan heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil then add the tomatoes, garlic and anchovy fillets crushed with a fork do not salt but pepper well with ground pepper.
-3) Drain the macaroni, put them in your frying pan and mix everything well. place in the center of the table and enjoy, it's divine.
