Ingredients for 8 servings
- 130 gr of chocolate
- 70 gr of semi-salted butter
- 60 gr of sugar, 3 eggs
- 35 gr of flour
- 4 teaspoons of speculoos paste
1- Melt 130 gr of chocolate + 70 gr of butter.
2- Add 60 gr of sugar.
3- Incorporate 3 eggs.
4- Add 35 gr of flour.
5- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
-6 Divide into individual molds.
-7 Add 1 teaspoon of speculoos paste in each mold.
-8 Bake for 5 to 6 minutes at 200°C.
