Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 beau melon
- 4 à 6 tr. jambon cru
- 3 oeufs
- 25 cl crème
- 1 rouleau pâte brisée
- pre cook the pastry
- cut the melon into thick slices, pan fry these slices in a little butter and place them on absorbent paper to remove the juice.
- arrange the melon slices on the tart alternating with raw ham cut into small pieces.
- beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper
cover the melon slices with this mixture.
- put in oven 180° for 30 minutes
serve warm or cold.
