  • 3 small Haddock fillets
  • 2 blanched tomatoes cut into dice
  • 2 halves green and red peppers, cored and cut into thin strips
  • 1 small potato cut into quarters
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt, Pepper, cumin, saffron
  • 1 half preserved lemon cut into a star shape
