1 Preheat the oven to 355°F (180 °C) (350 °F).
2 In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sour cream, olive oil, and white wine. Add the flours and baking powder, mix well, then fold in the leek, merguez, saucisson, and chorizo. Once the mixture is well combined, pour the batter into a loaf pan (preferably silicone) and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
3 Remove from the oven, turn out onto a cooling rack, and let cool. Serve warm or cold with a fresh salad.
Great recipe! A half cup of olive oil seems like a lot. I think 5 cl (about 1.5 tablespoons) is enough. You can replace the white wine with apple juice and the saucisson with smoked turkey slices.
