Ingredients for 6 servings
- 3 eggs
- 150 g (5.25 oz) flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 10 cl (0.4 cup) oil
- 12.5 cl (0.5 cup) milk
- 100 g (3.5 oz) grated emmental
- 100 g (3.5 oz) grated dried goat cheese
- 200 g (7 oz) nettles
1 Rinse the nettles thoroughly and strip the leaves. Drain and set aside.
2 Mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, oil, milk, salt and pepper until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
3 Then add the grated goat cheese and emmental.
4 Finally add the nettle leaves.
5 Pour this batter into a cake mold then bake for 50 minutes at 180°C (355°F).
(Check the cooking with a knife whose blade must come out dry)
