  • 10 cl (0.4 cup) warm milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 g (5.25 oz) honey
  • 80 g (2.8 oz) sliced almonds
  • 50 g (1.75 oz) candied orange peel cut into small dice (or chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons of mixed 4 spices
  • 1 teaspoon of green anise
