- olive oil, salt and coarse salt, freshly ground pepper,
This parillada is a recipe of grilled seafood that can be cooked on a barbecue or on a Spanish "plancha". It may be served with white rice or a tomato-lettuce salad or both, as garnishes.
Serve the food for each guest on an individual wooden plank. Its "friendly-rustic" style will delight everyone.
