Bourgogne Aligot

Bourgogne Aligotié is a dry white wine produces on the same area of naming as Bourgogne. He owes his name to a vine of Burgundy: Aligotié. The wine growers can add to it Chardonnay but since 1979, a decree stipulates that the proportion of does not have to exceed the 15 %.
