  • 3 garlic scapes, peeled and sliced
  • 1.1 oz (30 g) of toasted pine nuts
  • 1.1 oz (30 g) of freshly grated Parmesan
  • 0.8 cup (20 cl) of olive oil
  • a little flour
  • a little lemon thyme flowers (if possible)
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) of half-salted butter
  • fine salt and freshly ground white pepper
